Also, instead of assuming we know what is best for you, we learn and identify everyone’s needs, strengths and preferences on an individualized basis.

Yes, our waivers allow you to receive free or reduced priced services based on eligibility requirements. The Office of Long-Term Living approves all waivers.
Attendant Care/Act 150 – Eligible to those age 18 through 59 (over age 59 conditional) who are mentally alert and require assistance with activities of daily living due to a medically determined physical impairments, which are expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months.
COMMUNITY HEALTHCHOICES (CHC) – is Pennsylvania’s mandatory managed care program for dually eligible individuals and individuals with physical disabilities who are 21 years or older.
OBRA Waiver – is a Home and Community Based Waiver program that may help you if you have a developmental physical disability to allow you to live in the community and remain as independent as possible. To be eligible, you must be: A resident of Pennsylvania; age 18 and older with developmental physical disabilities. Disabilities must have been diagnosed prior to age 22, are expected to continue indefinitely and must cause at least three significant functional limitations.
Is there an agreement I need to sign?
Yes, there is an agreement for you to sign because we are licensed by the state of Pennsylvania Department of Public Health. It is a part of the requirements to receive licensing. For your protection, the Department of Public Health review and approve the agreement. It includes guarantee home care services as well as our cancelation policy.
What if I do not like the services I am receiving?

Me For You Home Care have Worker’s Compensation Insurance to prevent you from paying out of pocket expenses in the event the worker gets hurt in your home. Last, we have multiple highly trained staff available in case your assigned member has an emergency.
